Return Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene considerations, socks that have been worn, tried on, washed, altered, or used in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and satisfaction of all customers.
Reporting Damaged Or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your request should include your order number, product details, and clear photographs showing the issue.
Exchanges
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, Juraab may offer a refund at its sole discretion.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and are generally completed within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated and the order will fall under the terms of this policy.
